DELIVERY METHODS

For deliveries within the European Union, shipping is carried out via our partners COLLISIMO. Every order shipped by ZIEMANN & Co is insured against accidental damage and theft until written confirmation of receipt of the package.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box. For partial shipments, delivery costs will only be charged once.
Your orders will be processed and shipped Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00 CET. Please note that our services are closed on public holidays in France. Your order will be shipped no later than one business day after receipt of payment. If this is not the case for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Shipping is free in France for all orders over €300 (only applies to premium delivery).

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your order tracking number. You can track your order 1 or 2 hours after receiving this email by visiting the link provided.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Items shipped within the European Union are exempt from taxes and customs duties. The price of the goods and shipping costs are gross prices and include VAT.
