Are returns or exchanges of products purchased on the e-shop possible?
Yes, purchased products can be returned/exchanged in their original condition, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the date of receipt. The condition for accepting the return of products is the absence of any signs of use and the attachment of a return form and a receipt. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted, while exchanges for other clothing of the same value will be possible.
As part of a strict administrative procedure and to avoid any package being lost or stolen, we advise you to make your returns by registered mail or by parcel with a tracking number to the following address:

Am I responsible for the return costs?
The costs associated with returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked and signed delivery to ensure that your package does not get lost on the way. As soon as we receive your package, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
Are the refund conditions the same during sales?
If I do not have a printer at my disposal, how do I attach the return slip to my package?
Once your return slip has been validated on your customer account, we invite you to write the following information on plain paper:
– Your details
– Your return number
When can I see that the refund has been made to my account?
You will be able to see the refund on your account approximately 15 days after receiving your package. This waiting time corresponds to the intervention time of our accountant and the agreements between the banks concerning money transfers. If you do not see your refund after this 15-day period, let us know at shop@ziemannandco.com
