Returns and Exchanges:

Dear customers, for hygiene reasons, the return option does NOT include underwear.
Please give your purchase prior consideration.

Purchased products can be returned/exchanged in their original condition, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt. The condition for acceptance of the return of the products is the absence of any signs of use and the attachment of a return form and a receipt. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted, while exchanges for other garments of the same value will be possible.

The full amount paid for the products, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer. Refunds are made to bank accounts only. Details of the bank account to which the money is to be sent must be included in the package with the returned products or sent by email.

Complaints:
Complaints are processed on the basis of the return/complaint form within 14 working days.
In the event of a claim for goods due to damage during transport or defects found upon receipt of the shipment, we guarantee a refund of the price of the goods ordered, including shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods.
